Renting

The main room is approximately about 40 m² (7.5 m x 5.5 m).

It is in secluded underground location, so you can be as loud as you want. That's why we can host karaoke there.

There are around fourteen chairs, three tables, a projector, an audio system, four microphones, an old computer, some gamepads and a decent board game collection.

Besides the main room, there is a small hallway space. A toilet is also present.

The usual arrangement includes an evening and a full night. Starting somewhere around 18:00 and ending around 5:00.

There is no food or drinks at the location, but you can bring your own.

The rent costs between 100 and 200 euros. We start with the high number and go lower based on random negotiatable factors like:

• The day of rent is not Saturday or Friday.
• You have a small group - 4 or fewer people.
• You plan to end before midnight.
• You can bring your own computer.
• You were there before and left everything tidy.

Usually there is no need for a deposit. Unless somebody else appears who wants to rent the place at the same day.
