Karaoke

A small weekly meet where 3-to-6 people have fun by singing random songs in our isolated underground room.

Those meets are posted mostly to Joiner.

Usually on Thursday or Friday, at 19:00.

Can also be any other day/time, it depends on vote by previous attendees.

Expected duration is 3.5 hours but we may stay longer.

No problem with arriving later or leaving earlier.

There is a good sound system, a decently sized room, a projector and four microphones.

But in terms of comfort there isn't much. Pretty spartan-ish place. So lower your expectations.

One by one, in a circular order, everyone selects and sings a song.

Nobody will be skipped and will get their fair share.

This is judgement free space.

It's okay if you suck.

Singing along is encouraged and appreciated.

Just without a microphone, unless it was given by a main singer .

Some rounds are "collective" ones, where everybody sign together.

Doesn't matter if people know the song or not.

We have two groups going - English and Russian.

Often - English on Friday and Russian on Thursday. But it can switch around.
